Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses Canvass Desk, a canvassing tool for estate agencies operated by MyPropInsight.

Access

Accounts are created by an agency administrator. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Your agency can suspend or remove your access at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use the service only for your agency's legitimate work.
• Respect "do not contact" flags and the privacy of property owners.
• Do not copy, export or share owner information outside your agency except as your agency allows and the law permits.

Data

Agencies remain responsible for the property data they upload and for having the right to use it. How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy.

Service

We aim to keep Canvass Desk available and accurate but provide it "as is", without guarantees. We may change or pause features.
